Our reservation and pre-payment were not honored. Host was not in touch until check in day and then said apartment was not available. Had to work hard to get a partial refund and find other housing. Had a challenge with hotels.com customer service - “representatives" claimed to human but were probably artificial intelligence programs that did little to help. This property was a big disappointment, though it looks okay (photos, reviews, location) on hotels.com.

Estadia no 402

A comunicação com o anfitrião foi excelente durante toda a estadia, sempre rápido e atencioso nas respostas. A localização também foi perfeita, em Palermo, perto de tudo que precisávamos. O único ponto que poderia melhorar é o box de vidro do banheiro, que não protege bem e acaba molhando todo o espaço ao tomar banho. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência!

Ótima localização!

O apartamento é ideal para um casal, confortável, cozinha equipada. Deixo como observação: 1. box do banheiro que só tem uma pequena divisória e com um péssimo escoamento, acabou que a agua molhava todo o banheiro, e só foi disponibilizado um único pano de chão, então o banheiro ficava sempre molhado, isso incomodava bastante; 2. Não possui sistema de aquecimento, sorte que não pegamos dias tão frios. O ar-condicionado ajudou. 3. Só tinha 03 cabides, então sofremos um pouco pra organizar as roupas. Tirando isso, o flat é muitoooooo bem localizado, perto do mêtro, de muitos restaurantes famosos, inclusive do dom julio, la cabreira, e também do outlet do distrito dos arcos, que descobrimos por acaso ao saírmos do metro.
