「今回、一泊だけの利用でしたが、シャワールームの掃除が十分にされていませんでした。前の人が使ったと思われるシャンプーの跡が数箇所あるのは余り気持ちの良いものではないです。次回以降このホテルを使うことはないと思います。」

「Found the mattress a bit too firm and one was stained when we removed the cover to look for a lost item. Good location and adequate. Steps up to reception made getting our bags in a little difficult with two disabled men with our group,of 4.」

「Room must have been decorated in 1970’s and given a clean not long after ! Light switch beside the bed would not turn off , only way to sleep was to take the key out and have no electric ! Could nt charge phones for trip home Avoid this hotel 」

「The hotel in Tenerife was great. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch, with really good quality. The only downside was that you could hear a club nearby at night, and sometimes there were fights or disturbances right outside the hotel around 4 a.m. Also, smoking was allowed on the balconies, which meant that if you slept with the window open, the smoke often came into the room. Still, it was a lovely stay, as long as you keep those points in mind.」
