The interiors are modern and finely detailed: living room with open-plan fully equipped kitchen, large windows opening onto the covered veranda and garden, sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both facing the greenery. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND RENTAL AGREEMENT- After booking, online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfie for each guest).
- All data is processed in compliance with the GDPR regulation.
- Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.
