Very good location, one of the best locations I’ve ever stayed in Budapest. Nice, modern apartment, good size, comfy. Lovely receptionists. (Gàbor speaks at least 3 languages!)

Perfect location.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. They were able hold our luggage before and after checkout. A great location, near the metro, many great eateries and attractions. Appreciated access to laundry.

Great 2 bedroom apartment. Ikea modern with everything you need. Small balcony and 20 steps to a ton of delicious dining options. We walked to everything except the thermal bath area which was 10 mins on metro. Parking was expensive but underground and secure. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked a two bedroom and the second bedroom was very tiny without window or air conditioning. Gabriel very kindly gave us a choice of two other apartments. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The area has many restaurants within walking distance and nearby reliable public transportation. (FYI-everyone age 65+ ride free!) We requested housekeeping to remove trash and provide clean towels on day three but they didn’t. Day four we took our trash to the front desk and asked for a replacement trash bag. Never got more towels during our stay after asking twice.

Very nice

Location was perfect. At the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions such as New York cafe, ruins bar, metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Some small details needs an uplift but it was totally fine. We didn't have any problem. Super comfy like our own house. Also very quiet and staff was very friendly and helpful.

As always a comfortable stay at Quality Point Apt, not newest furniture or decor but everything works and super location. Only issue/headache, WiFi is unstable in room 22 because of channel overlap

The facilities were very comfortable and we knew exactly what to expect. It was helpful that the desk was staffed 24/7 to enable us to leave luggage after arriving early in Budapest in the morning. Check in was only between 3 and 4 in the afternoon, which meant interrupting our sightseeing to come back to check in. With the desk being staffed all the time, I don't see why they could not be more flexible.

This property had a GREAT location & was quiet, comfortable bed (4 nite stay) but it lacked in some regards. The front desk wasn't friendly/helpful. They couldn't advise on how to work the stovetop & there were no directions. No basic kitchen things.. salt/pepper. 2 coffees for 4 nites, pans were old/stained, freezer no ice/needed defrosting. Washer EXTREMELY loud. Shower leaked. Apartment was spacious with great location but could've easily been better especially with regard to front desk kitchen equipment

The apartment was very clean and located in an upscale area, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, but the owner personally came right away and fixed it, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Not What We Booked – Poor Communication

When we arrived at the property, we were informed of a plumbing issue that rendered the original apartment unavailable. Instead, we were placed in a substitute apartment approximately 1 kilometer away from our initial booking. Unfortunately, the replacement accommodation was noticeably older and did not match the quality of the one we had reserved, which we had paid for. Additionally, the parking space at the new location had a lower clearance, and our vehicle couldn’t fit unless we removed our Thule box—something that hadn’t been necessary with the original booking. We received no prior notification about this change, nor were we offered a partial refund to account for the downgrade.

Quarto que nos foi designado não condizia com o que reservamos com base nas fotos da plataforma. Cama não era queen como aquela das fotos. Falta manutenção/investimento no apto. Skuffende ophold

Stedet levede på ingen måde op til forventningerne. I beskrivelsen stod der at der var 2 queensize senge. Der var kun én og den anden var en meget smal seng, som på ingen måde rummede to voksne mennesker. Generelt var lejligheden meget slidt. Gardinerne hang og kunne ikke trækkes ordentlig for. Der var beskidt på gulvene og støv på borde mv. Sofaerne var plettede efter det jeg antager var mad, og indbød ikke til at man brugte dem. Der var kun fuld service til 3 personer ligesom der hverken var opvaskesæbe, klude, viskestykker mv. Samlet var opholdet meget skuffende. Det eneste positive var beliggenheden.

Très bel appartement, grand et bien agencé, dans un immeuble accueillant, bien placé et sécurisé. Il est dommage que l’appartement soit très peu équipé en vaisselle et autres éléments utiles dans une cuisine ou une salle à manger. Il ne manquerait que cela pour que tout soit excellent…

Très bonne prestation !

Appartement et cadre très agréable : surface, meuble, équipement (lave vaisselle, lave linge...), gardien... Un seul point d'amélioration concerne le manque de plats qui vont au four... Au final excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec un accueil sympathique.
