"For the wedding rehearsal party, instead of a restaurant, we decided to cater a large party for all the bride’s and groom’s close family and friends to meet night before the wedding. This propery was perfect! There is large grounds front and back with lawn furniture, a small fountain, e tables, and plenty of sitting spots to sit and visit. The house has large living room, sun room, dining room, and big kitchen for food prep with two sinks. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the overhead...

"We really enjoyed sitting on deck eating our meals taking in all that the river has to offer. Inside was very pleasant also with full views of the river. The only glitch was losing electricity due to a storm of course over which no one had control. James was very helpful under the circumstances by bringing us flashlights and some battery operated lights. He even offered to move us to another location but we liked it so much there that we chose to stay."

"We traveled from Michigan to Louisville, Kentucky for a volleyball tournament at the Kentucky Expo Center/KIVA Sports and this home was a GREAT location. We were able to drive to both venues within 10 minutes. The home was clean, beds were comfy, and the hosts even provided snacks, drinks, and some toiletries. Great place! Would definitely recommend!"

"We traveled with 10 guys for a Bourbon Trail visit. The location of the property was amazing. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. The street parking was easy and there's good outdoor spaces for large groups. I thought 10 would be the maximum due there being only 2 showers, but otherwise a great stay."
