Rooms are good, clean, nice beds. Great for families pit stopping in and out of London.

This hotel and staff are absolutely great. Great location. If you are looking for something plush with all the extras, this hotel is not for you. It is clean the beds are comfortable. But, the hotel amenities themselves are bare minimum. The rooms are small. We had three adult women in the family room and it was tiny. Barely room for all of our suitcases. There was a double bed and bunk beds. No dresser to put clothes in if you wanted to unpack. Located down the street from the Earls Court underground, which was great to get around the city. We all agreed we definitely would stay there again!!

Great place to stay and visit Windsor- short walk to the castle. Clean and tidy room and being able to park was fabulous. Only thing I would say was breakfast could have done with jam etc to go with croissants

We had the suite and it was a really good size. The staff were lovely and gave my child milk and a cookie on arrival. We didn’t really use the amenities so can’t comment on them. Parkin wasn’t too far away, it did read like it was on site but it is not. For a trip to Legoland it’s perfect for a small family, close and plenty of space.
