「Excellent customer service, beautiful grounds and rooms. Lovely spa and wonderful treatments and amenities. We loved it !Thank you」

「Easy check-in and nicely appointed room, the bed was cozy and the shower was nice and hot. I didn't opt for breakfast but would probably recommend it, not too many places open in the morning around there, but plenty of bars and restaurants in the evening. Staff was super welcoming and gave me a glass of prosecco and potato chips on arrival, and speaking English was no problem for the staff I interacted with. Highly recommended!」

「The girl in the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was fine. The rest was uncomfortable to say the list. We stayed for one night.」

「in general the staff are available and give you a family feeling 」

「There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion.」

「Vi brugte hotellet en enkelt nat. Venligt personale. Flot morgenmadsbuffet. Spørg efter Wifi i receptionen.」

「Great location and staff, very responsive to requests. Will definitely stay again」

「Unique castle hotel. You will enjoy this definitely if you like to stay at medieval rooms. Only problem was the receptionist could not help us with our luggage’s and we have to climb the hill and stairs by ourselves.」

「Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. Plus the jam jars were on a display shelf not on the table. We had to ask for the pancakes on the 3rd day.plus no beans or hash brown. Just eggs boiled fried and scrambled, toast, sliced cheese and meat slices. Plus...

「Buona coloazione ,ottima vista dal balcone, personale squisito, cucina ottima, consigliato per sosta rigenerante.」

「It was very clean and the staff were wonderful considering that in this massive hotel we 6 people in my group were the only occupants! Sort of felt like the hotel in The Shining! We were told we were the last guests before it is turned into a college campus. Not sure if this is true or not. There was not a king size bed anywhere in this “hotel” and my upgraded room had a view of the dead trees and plants in the courtyard. No pool and all gym equipment had been removed. I can’t express enough...
