"Great General Manager - terrible property. Unclean rooms, torn headboard material, sticky tables. Moved rooms for the same exact problems. Left hotel for better stay elsewhere."

"Me and my son stayed at this location alone and we felt unsafe outside in the parking lot. It’s not a bad hotel but the location is not great. I wouldn’t suggest a single mom with her child staying here. It’s also very loud because it’s right next to the highway. Beds are not comfortable either."

"I checked into this hotel to spend the night with a minor surgery patient however there was no wheelchair to help me get my patient from the front lobby to the room and nobody would step up and help me. The Bill men were invisible never showed up to either get me in or out front desk. Staff was very helpful, but it seemed like that people around her were just not helpful or concerned at all. "
