"We showed up and the pool was out of order. We got to our room and there was massive amounts of dog hair on the carpet, in the sheets, on the base boards. The tub had black mold and mildew all over the bottom. I called the front desk & they came to change the sheets as I am a single mom w three kids and we checked in at bedtime. They came to change the sheets just to discover the dog hair was all over & embedded in the mattress protector too. I explained my girls & I are highly allergic to dogs...

"The room was clean but it also needed updating. The tv didn’t work. The guy at the desk was really nice and said that they were in the process of replacing the tv’s. We had an iPad so it was okay. The bathroom had some rotten areas around the bathtub. Maybe mold I’m not sure but if they were replacing the tv’s maybe they were also going to fix that too. The breakfast was amazing and over all I would stay there again."
