「I came for a week of solitude and writing. The carriage house was a perfect setting: very comfortable bed, living space, great bathroom and kitchen fully stocked. I loved ending my day sitting on the balcony. The location is ideal if you love to stroll by the ocean and take in the unique scene of Santa Cruz. The pictures are very are accurate, except they don’t show the two comfy reading chairs next to the round dining table. Khristin is such a kind and gracious host! I highly recommend her...

「This is a beautiful property with gentle, kind hosts. It’s tranquil up the hill from all the hustle and bustle along the coast. We loved staying here on our bike ride from Canada to Mexico and the hosts let us put the bikes indoors overnight. We especially enjoyed the view, the fire pit and the beautiful garden. Just be aware the bathroom isn’t completely sealed from the bedroom but that wasn’t a problem for us as we stayed here as a family. 」

「Perfect for our family. Clean & close to several things, especially the beach. Very comfortable and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was there at our disposal and will likely stay again!」

「We truly like our stay. And I'd highly recommend to those who want to stay close to the nature, to relax or to recharge oneself. Their property is in a quiet and peaceful location. With plants of all kinds around, it is the spot to slow down and rewind. We wish we could have longer period to stay and explore the area.
