「This entire property was beautiful and so well maintained. My parents and I enjoyed the triple room very much. The staff was very helpful, and paid a lot of attention to details, even already setting out gluten free pastries for me after I asked if they had some the day before. I would definitely book again, and recommend this place to anyone...

「Wonderful staff especially the chef. The room was clean and bed made up between nights. Towels not replaced. The meals were excellent and reasonably priced. The chef worked very hard to make our stay wonderful. She was not only chef, but desk manager and waiter.」

「The property is stunning and unique and is exactly as it appears in online photos. The food was delicious - especially the breakfast and the omelet which was amazing! 「Nice hotel. Room was large and comfortable bed, but a bit dated. We got there a bit late 945pm, and the kitchen was closed with no room service available. They helped us order pizza delivery for dinner The in door pool was great, as was the spa. Nice outdoor pools as well but not heated. Breakfast was good」

「A beautiful property with an ideal setting overlooking the vines. Great pool area. We had a cabin with quick access to the amenities. The location was just a short drive to access hiking trails on Etna. Dinners, wine & serving staff were excellent.」
