"Very old building, yet very charming. Many small sitting areas to read and to relax and they are really very cute. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful. A great experience for me. "

"Lovely cottage which is absolutely fine for 2 ( in 2nd bedroom bed is against wall on one side so a little limiting). We enjoyed our stay - well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge. Bed reasonable and most of the time hubby remembered to duck for the low door! Lovely outside and very secure for dogs ( walls or high fence). Has been changed a bit since photos but could see 2 good sitting areas that would be sun traps, had weather been better would have happily tried them out! A couple of minor issues but we left a note so hopefully they will be rectified ( not urgent enough to contact while there). Very handy for the town centre and all the shops etc. Quiet road despite being on edge of a residential area. Parking was OK - good to have ability to unload/ load at cottage. Car park quiet later in day when returning - aware not there in peak period - and able to pay for long periods so if you not using car for the day no need to keep topping up."

"What an amazing hotel. A beautiful conversion of an old doctors surgery in the heart of Broadway. The attention to detail in the hotel public areas is matched in the room with everything thought through from coffee machine to the luxury shower and bath. Couple this with the amazing Moda restaurant and the super attentive team and you get an amazing experience. Would highly recommend. "

"The cottage was stunning and everything we expected. Perfect location for nearby villages and the scenery from the cottage was beautiful as we had baby lambs which made it more special. The only one thing I would add although we were aware before our stay is the double bedrooms maybe would be more accommodating if one of the rooms had 2 single beds but apart from that I hope to definitely stay here again and will be promoting this property very strongly.Ali"

"Great location, lovely old cottage but badly needs some help to make it appropriate for renting in the colder months. The beds and linen were excellent. Upon arrival we tried to log on to the WiFi but quickly discovered the network indicated didn't exist and the password was incorrect for the one that did, made a call and the owner/caretaker came around and logged us onto this network. Later we discovered 2 welcome books both identical in every respect apart from the WiFi network!! We just randomly picked up the wrong one, what a waste of everyone's time when the solution is a 10 second fix! The second issue was the open fire which smoked so badly the first night we had to douse it in water and open all the windows and doors, the draw is so bad I thought the chimney was blocked. I was assured it wasn't and tried again the following night, better but still had to open the windows and doors. Third night was more successful but only because of my past experience with open fires and log burners. Something badly needs to be done to improve the draw (canopy?), fit a cheap log burner, or improve the efficiency of the heating system to render the issue mute. Thirdly the quality and variety of crockery provided in the kitchen was excellent, but the rest of the cooking utensils was very poor with some basics. missing, unforgivably there was no corkscrew!!! Seriously! this is what I mean when I say there just seems a lack of care taken over the whole property."

"Broadway in the Cotswolds was beautiful, we had a lovely stay at the lodge. The coffee, tea, cookies and milk were a very nice touch. We had an issue with the hot plate and the staff went above and beyond having our breakfast cooked at the restaurant below. Hopefully one day we will be back! Cheers"
