「I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. 」

「The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....

「The property itself was very nice. Location for us was convenient and walking up and down the stairs was not a bother. Not sure if bringing our own body wash or shampoo was listed but would have liked to have known in advance. We did leave some so hopefully the next group will be happy. Also, the bed and sofa are squeaky. Overall nice.」
