Awful stay

Great location but other than that - don’t stay here. Absolutely disgusting service and horrific self-service apartments. The images look great but was grubby, full of muck - very unclean!! When I phoned to get a bit of assistance/help, I got so much attitude with a 'lump it or leave it' approach. My advice - unless you’ve got somewhere else to stay, don’t come here. I tried to contact Sarah and Jonathan about how appalling the stay was and how in hygienic it was but clearly they’re not interested.

Excellent location - walking distance to all of Bristol’s attractions and bus stop and supermarket very close. If you do not cope with stairs, please mention this when you book. I found 4 flights of stairs quite the challenge. Also noisy construction in the neighbouring site, but this did not affect me as so was out all day. Can be a tad noisy on Friday/Saturday nights with music and shouting from nearby clubs. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. Great service from the managers. The remote in my TV was not working and I had a replacement within 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
