「Property needs some love. Does not look like listing photos. Yard full of dirt and ant hills. Fence was falling over when you try to shut it. Interior of home was not the cleanest. Shower smelled of mold and was not clean. Check in was easy.」

「The cottage was reasonably priced. It was perfect for me, since I was the only one traveling. When I arrived, the place was clean. It was very close to all the events I was attending for the weekend. All the restaurants and venues I attended were within 1 - 1.5 miles with the exception of 1, it was 8.5 miles away. I would gladly rent this cottage again if I was in the area. I had a few questions for the host manager, and she responded in a very quickly manner.」

「Dolphin 2 is a lovely, updated cottage. It was very clean and attractive. The parking is so convenient, because we could park close to the door, for ease of unpacking the car, and loading up to go home. Important to us senior adults. We would definitely stay there again.」

「The ad was a little misleading about where the pool actually was」

「It was clean and comfortable and cozy. Close to everything. We really enjoyed the screend porch!」

「Everything was excellent. Wally (Bollinger Shipyards) 」
