"The hotel staff was pleasant, the stay was not so pleasant. At first the tv wouldn’t work there was no signal but they tech took a little while but he finally came to the room and realized the cable box was not plugged in. He left and we realized about 30 minutes later the internet wasn’t connected to the tv so we couldn’t connect to Netflix or other streaming services. Then the handle to turn the water on flew off when we turned the shower on. And also we had a noisy neighbor that was screaming in the middle of the night. It was not the best experience. They did have very friendly staff and some really good cookies in the lobby. "

"My room on arrival smelled, and they were able to switch me right away. I do have to say all the doors to the rooms slam shut. I’ve stayed here a lot and Everytime someone, including myself, doesn’t carefully close the door, the door will slam shut. And it wakes me up, and scares the crap out of me. Also, there’s a door in the back that doesn’t lock so it could be an easy entry for someone who isn’t staying at the hotel. I’ve had no problems as a result of it but they should try to get it fixed. Also one time I did my laundry there and the dryer was out of order (they had ordered it though and were going to set it up) but they were very accommodating and the little lady who cleans was able to dry it for me in the commercial dryers that they have (for the hotel linens). So it ended up working out for me in the end"
