"This is my second time staying at this property. I will not go back unless it's my absolute last option. Seriously. The place is run down and marginally clean. The first room I was given was handicapped. That needed to be changed. The next room was dirty (hair in the sink, food in the micro). That had to be changed. Finally got a "decent" room with a dirty chair from the dining room at the desk and no micro. The breakfast was unremarkable, tasteless and cold. There was fun though, when the fire alarm went off at 12:30 a.m. Saturday night. This was a legitimate alarm because as I exited my room I met with a polluted haze of weed smoke. Yeah, good times. Unfortunately, exiting for the alarm left that smell in my room for the night leaving me nauseous and unable to sleep. There was no explanation from staff, no apology. In fact, I was the one who informed the desk clerk (a very nice man) about what happened as he missed all the excitement. In fact, all the people at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. I just feel sorry they have to work in that run down place. There are better options. Find them."

"Room smelled - bed base broken and bed slanted. TV did not work, no light bulb in desk lamp. Desk chair arms broken, upholstered chair not in good shape. One thread bare washcloth for 2 people - one bath soap sliver provided - no way would it take care of a quick lather. I would not refer anyone to this establishment. The entry door also was damaged. Had it not been for graduation at Syracuse University I would have attempted to find another place to stay but had appointments to keep. Extremely disappointed and upset "

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate to get your day started. Parking was easy and the area felt safe. Grocery store next door with ready to eat foods that were very good. Would stay again. "

"Room was well cleaned. Staff was friendly and quick to respond. Ample parking. Just some observations: The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, but the layout made it difficult to hang cloths up and there were no hangers in the room (staff provided them upon request). It seemed the bathroom was recently remodeled but the bathtub needed reglazing. Overall everything lived up to expectations. "

"Nice casino but for 360 a room it was terrible. No keurig k cups not bottled waters no microwave no fridge no extra amenities. The room was small sub par for 360 dollars the vending machine didn’t work if I needed a drink. The water was cold didn’t even take a shower or fleshing up as I was there for a concert. Very very very dissatisfied"
