Sit out on the deck to read and watch the birds by day, or watch the stars and listen to the crickets by night! Saints Landing, one of Brewster's beautiful bay beaches, is a 12-minute walk, and three other bay beaches are under a five-minute drive. Walking trails through conservation land are just around the corner.


The home is conveniently located near the Brewster Store, the Woodshed, and Luke's Liquors. Paines Creek, famous for its spectacular sunsets, is within walking distance. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is nearby for long, leisurely bike rides.

Shed with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys are at your disposal. Pack 'N Play for the littlest guest.
