It’s an excellent area with lots of green parks providing lovely walking times. Views from the hotel are beautiful. Breakfast is great .

Good option when on the road.

Spacious and quiet rooms with excellent beds. Friendly staff. Good for an overnight stay. Bathroom was a bit dated and the toilet door revealed everything… the amenities were average and there was no conditioner! Breakfast service was great, but the food options and quality left a bit to hope for. Powdered eggs scrambled eggs and machine coffee were ok but not great.

Quiet hotel set in park

Large hotel with good sports facilities. In s park so I could leave my window open. Only minor negative is that service at dinner was slow and inattentive. Very good service at breakfast though. Handy being not far from train station.

Parkhotel Bremen

Parkhotel in Bremen is a beautiful 5 star hotel. But the staff really need to up their game if they want to be a good hotel. You can’t get a meal or something to drink without waiting way too long. I simply can’t understand that they can’t even serve cold water. A little lounge Music outdoors in the evening could also do wonders. They really need to do something about their overall service.

This place has lost its appeal. Quite dated and service was ok but too few personnel and lacking the professionalism you could expect of a five star place. Very long wait for room service and food in the restaurant was not good. Breakfast buffet was good and so were the beds and bathrooms albeit dated room interiors. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, but these facilities also lacked attention. All in all not what you would expect for the price.

Booked 2 rooms with lake view but upon late night arrival (due to lost airline luggage) they were on different floors (which didn’t work for us given kids…)… got reassigned to basement / ground floor level with no view except for large bushes in front of window… Room appeared clean but discovered 3 spiders (1cm and larger) in the first night. Since we had nothing with us (lost luggage by airline) the first night, I would have also expected a bit more than barely getting 4 tooth brushes (no hair-brushes or anything else was available). The surrounding area is beautiful, but for being a ‘luxury’ hotel, I expect better service / amenities / accommodations. - Clearly this Hotel was great in the 80s and 90s… but it’s on it’s way to become a ‘Fat Elvis’ nowadays… Staff was friendly throughout though and overall the visit was fine - but I won’t repeat it.

Gutes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Frühstück und der Service waren sehr gut. Der Fitnessbereich war gut ausgestattet und der Pool und Saunabereich war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den riesigen Bürgerpark war gut mit etwas renovierungsbedarf. Zwischen dem HBF und dem Parkhotel befindet sich ein kleiner Park mit vielen Drogenabhängigen. Abends würde ich nicht zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen.

ParkHotel is definitely my favorite hotel in Bremen. This time I stayed in a room with lake view, which was beautiful. Spa and pool amenities are a top notch. They even offer also fitness classes and gym equipment is pretty elaborate. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast had a great selection. Enjoyed their restaurant and bar as well!

Pampigt hotell

Helt ok rum, men saknade AC. Pampigt hotell men ligger lite off, vägen till centrum kändes lite ”sketchy” sent på kvällen. SPA-delen känns sliten. Frukosten var ok men inte fantastisk. Bra parkering direkt utanför (som man betalar extra för).

Sehr schön und zentral....aber....!

Sehr schöne und zentrale Lage direkt am See im Park. Check in sehr langsam....angeblich langsame Rechner, Daten von früheren Übernachtungen gelöscht. Sehr freundliches Personal, wunderbarer Restaurant und Frühstücksrestaurant. Aber...an vielen Stellen doch verschlissen, wackeligen Stuhl im Frühstücksrestaurant, wackeligen Tisch im Zimmer, Wasserhähne die bald abfallen werden...!

Great stay!

Wonderful stay for us a family of four. Service minded staff and clean rooms. The hotel is located very beautifully and an uber into the city was very cheap. I would definitely come back.

Dejligt hotel. Mindre pool men dejlig opvarmet og god plads Dejligt spa område - OBS man skal være over 18 år for at komme ind :) Dejlig hygge på hotellet og i rimelig gå afstand til midtbyen. Hotellet ligger fantastisk midt i parken med god plads til afslapning- dejligt sted afholde en pause på vej ud eller vej hjem fra en kær selv ferie .. Eller hvis man har møder i Bremen ligger det ligeledes dejligt Byen er smuk og der er nogen hyggelige restauranter rundt torvet og langs floden

Leider im Service keine 5 Sterne

Die Lage des Parkhotels ist hervorragend. Ruhig gegen in einem Park und doch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof und der Innenstadt entfernt. Das Gebäude und vor allem die Lobby und der Kuppelsaal wirken sehr luxuriös. Das Zimmer (Executive Zimmer mit Parksicht) war zwar ziemlich klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war komfortabel. Ein No Go für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist jedoch, das das Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage verfügt (entgegen der Beschreibung aber Hotels.com) , Gott sei Dank ist es derzeit nicht so warm. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr schön und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Ziemlich seltsam fand ich nur, das die Saunatücher oben an der Spalte Lobby lagen, der Wellnessbereich aber 3 Etagen tiefer ist und dort keine Handtücher mehr zur Verfügung standen. Soweit alles gut, aber : Das Essen im Restaurant (Kuppelsaal ) und der Service waren nicht das was man von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet. Wir hatten ein Wagyu pastramisandwich, aber das bestand einfach aus matschigen Graubrot etwas Pastrami und jede Menge scharfen Dijon Senf, wäre am Bahnhof ok gewesen, aber nicht in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Bei der Bestellung wurde vergessen uns die Getränke zu bringen und nach Reklamation kamen diese noch falsch. Abends war es an der Hotelbar ziemlich voll, deswegen sind einige Gäste auf den direkt angrenzenden Kuppelsaal ausgewichen, dieser wurde jedoch von der Bedienung konsequent ignoriert. Die Hardware ist also (bis auf die Klimaanlage) ok, der Service vermessungswürdig.
