Summary:
Settle into a comfortable condominium for up to 6 guests in the heart of Breckenridge. You’ll be close to Peak 9 recreation and favorite in-town spots like Blue River Plaza and the Breck Troll.
The Space:
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers an easy home base for mountain days and downtown exploring. The living area provides a relaxed place to unwind, and the sleeping setup works well for families or a small group traveling together. WiFi is included so you can stay connected during your stay. As part of the Village at Breckenridge, you’ll also have access to a great lineup of shared amenities, including pools, hot tubs, and more when open.

• App-based entry: Please download the Village at Breckenridge app prior to arrival. The app is required to access your condo, parking, and all complex amenities. Additional instructions will be provided before check-in.
• Communal amenities: The Village at Breckenridge offers a newly renovated shared indoor/outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, game room, movie room, fitness room, and community BBQ grills. Amenity availability and hours are set by the building and are outside our control.
• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management; if unavailable for any reason, stairs will be required.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a five-minute radius of 555 South Park Avenue, you can explore Blue River Plaza, visit the Breck Troll, and enjoy immediate access to Peak 9 recreation.
