  • Newly redecorated ski-in, ski-out condo at Beaver Run. Plan your perfect Breckenridge vacation at the base of Peak Nine! With room to comfortably accommodate four guests, this ski-in, ski-out unit has everything you need to enjoy your time in the mountains year-round, including a beautiful patio, pools/hot tubs, on-site dining options, and more. Seconds to the slopes and trails, 5 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge.
    The space
    Located inside Beaver Run Resort, this studio unit can comfortably accommodate four guests.

    LIVING ROOM:
    The sofa pulls out to a queen-sized bed. 65" Samsung TV with cable TV and Roku hooked up so you can watch Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, and more! (We do not provide log-ins for any services.) Dining table with seating for 4.

    BEDROOM:
    Queen-sized bed with a 32" Samsung TV in the corner. Cable TV and Roku is hooked up to the TV.

    HOT TUB ROOM:
    Vintage hot tub room with working hot tub and overhead shower.

    PATIO:
    Ski in and out directly from the patio. Relax and enjoy the view!

    Whip up your own breakfast in the kitchenette before skiing or walking out to slopes and trails.

    After an active day outside, relax in one of the facility's two large pools or nine separate hot tubs. Sit down for a nice dinner at one of the several on-site dining options, or take a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. The free shuttle is an option as well. Cap off the day with a movie back in the unit, or visit the on-site arcade.
    Guest access
    Upon booking through us on Airbnb, I will coordinate with Beaver Run so you'll feel like you booked directly through their facility. You'll check in at the front desk and enjoy all of the other amenities on-site, including WiFi, cable, pool towels, the free shuttle, and more.
    Other things to note
    Parking fees vary:

    Spring/Summer 2022: $10 per night parking fee (April 18 - after the closing of the Beaver Run Super Chair - Thanksgiving 2022) If a guest needs to bring additional cars above and beyond the one car per bedroom it is on a space available basis as determined by the front desk and the cost would be $12 per night.

    Winter 2022/2023: $36 per night parking fee (Thanksgiving - Closing day of the Beaver Run Super chair ). If a guest needs to bring additional cars above and beyond the one car per bedroom it is on a space available basis as determined by the front desk and the cost would be $35 per night.
    Beaver Run Resort does not offer on-site RV, trailer or oversized vehicle parking.

    Additional parking is available at offsite locations.

Perfect unit for ski trip for couple or family w 1 or 2 kids. LOCATION can't be beat. Easy access to slope. Unit had everthing we needed. Enjoyed Beaver Run ammenities as well. Easy check in and quick owner resonse time.

Love the resort/amenities and the staff is top notch. The location is very convenient to main st, and the resort shuttle is great. The specific room we stayed in was very difficult to cool down which made it uncomfortable at times. The shower setup is a little odd/dated, and the bedsheets were not very clean. The price was affordable, overall it wasn't bad.

Overall this was a great location and walking distance to downtown and the shuttle was a great addition since we forgot our stroller and had a toddler. I would say the room is better fit for a family rather than 2 couples. The fridge was leaking and it ruined our leftovers. If you like to ski this was a great location.

Overall a very average and dated resort. The host was awesome and very responsive, not their issue the resort was average. Only 1 of the 3 restaurants were open, we get it, start of season and more snow than over the past few years at this time, may not have hired all the seasonal help yet, however it being Thanksgiving one would think they would have different options. Work Trip

I chose to stay here for the convenience and the pricing during a work conference. It was easy to book. The owner communicated well all throughout from me booking to me checking out after my stay. The hotel staff was friendly and made it easy to check in/out. The room itself was not prepared for when I arrived and had dirty towels and etc still left over from the previous renter. I reached out to the owner who was quick to respond and take action. Cindy apologized and sent a cleaning crew in within the hour of me reaching out to customer service and her. When I got back to the room, everything was refreshed, cleaned and replaced. I would recommend this location, this room and hotel. My only suggestion is to have the mattress and/or bed frame updated because it is so squeaky and not very comfortable.

Needs some work

The price was right. Key maintenance needs include reattaching the shower curtain to the ceiling, and fixing the screen door. I love the big bathtub, but showers were a little tricky. Because this condo faces west, it was very hard to get it cool enough. There’s no cross ventilation, and the bedroom was at 85° the entire time we were there. I’m a Colorado native, and I know exactly what I need to do to cool a room down without air-conditioning. But, without proper ventilation, it’s really hard to do so. I wonder about insulating blinds on the sliding glass door?

Decent price with a little spice

Upon arrival I found the place to be amazing. The condo had a nice couch, a comfy bed, and a sweet tub. Also, there was a walk out area with a sliding door. As I settled I noticed it was not as clean as I had hoped. There was a lot of hair throughout, including the tub and bed. That was off-putting. When I did shower, the cold water faucet was difficult to turn off or on. I also had to sleep with the sliding glass door open because the heat wouldn't turn off. Even after turning down the thermostat and letting it air out with a fan, as directed, it wouldn't cool down. The screen for that door also had damaged tracks, making it hard to fully close. I give it a 3 instead of 2 because of the responsiveness of the hostess, the unique and comfortable room, and how cool the property was. Cleanliness is big to me, and that was the main issue I had.

Do not recommend this unit

The condo was not well kept and did not feel clean. The mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable we decided to sleep on the pull out couch. The spare sheets for the pullout were covered in stains. The unit stayed hot and was right above the boiler room, therefore, we heard the running water all day and night. The walls were thin and we heard the ding of the elevator all hours and people walking the halls. The shower setup was strange; we did not try the jets because overall the shower room did not feel clean. There is no dresser or place to unpack your clothing. There were a couple of hangers in the area the spare bedding was located which did not allow for space to hang the clothing. We didn't cook but the kitchenette is very small and some of the silverware/cups that were in the cabinets were dirty. The location was the best part. Condo is located in the Beaver Run Resort with access to the sauna, hot tubs, pools, steam room, market, restaurants and other amenities. The unit includes a storage locker for your equipment and the door from the locker puts you right at the beaver run chairlift (ski out). We utilized the free resort shuttles to go into town every night. Overall we would not recommend this unit. I would especially not recommend for more than two people as it is very small. I would book directly with the resort.

It was ok

Location was amazing, we were right next to the lift and it is definitely ski in ski out. But when paying over 300/night, i would expect the handle to not be falling off the sliding door, paint to not be peeling off the walls/ceiling, and there not be a thick layer of dust on the chandelier. There was also non stop noise from what we assume was the pipes feom the room above which made it very difficult to sleep.

Perfect location on the mountain

This place was perfect for just a quick weekend. It was small, but we expected it. It needs some updating but overall it was worth the price. One suggestion would be to fix the shower curtain so it goes all the way around. Kitchen area is extremely small and the cupboards are jampacked with plates, bowls, glasses, and cookware. Would’ve liked to see salad plates. Also, no garbage disposal. But we adjusted! Just bring a cooler!
