"While I didn't take time to use the pool, I did use the internet and was satisfied. The housekeeping staff kept my room clean and tidy. I was also pleased that my requests for a ground floor room and walk in shower were honored. My only issue I reported to the front desk; there were a few roaches in the bathroom my last two nights. But as I told the staff, "There's nothing you can do about bugs" I'm sure that they will contact your exterminator. All in all it was a pleasure to stay at your inn."

"The pool and jacuzzi were not heated. We were there for an hour, asked the desk if it was heated and they said it was when you turn on the jets. Unfortunately the jets had been on the whole time and still it was not hot. It was also full of soap bubbles and very dirty. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well. Everything smelled of bleach which may have been from cleaning or from the laundry by our room. The room was very clean but the shower was crazy slippery- like an ice skating rink slippery. I had to hold on to take a shower. This hotel isn't much to look at but we slept well. Denny's is right next door, which was convenient and breakfast was very good but not enough seating. "

"Didn’t expect much. A place to sleep after a long day at Disney. With that said, seemed like the property hadn’t been updated in many years. The elevator was dirty and full of scratched in graffiti. No breakfast which was expected but the 24 hour shop was unreasonably priced. I get it is a tourist trap but at least update things if you’re going to charge for certain amenities. "

"I stayed in one of the older buildings that didn't have an elevator so call head if that's something you need. The furniture was pretty dated but the room was clean except for a few stains on one of the chairs. The internet connection was really bad and I couldn't watch a video on my phone for longer than a few seconds. Even the connection on the TV wouldn't last very long. Lastly, even though there is a shuttle, the people at the front desk don't recommend taking it because this is the last hotel on route so it can take a long time and gets full. I don't think I would stay here again for the price."

"Hotel location is good. Just 5 min drive to Disneyland. Hotel shuttle is very frequent, running every 30 min, from early in the morning to past midnight. I was attending an Expo at the Convention Center , so took the shuttle to Disneyland and walked 0.9 mile. Very easy. Hotel is nice , somehow dated , but the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Great price and within walking distance of Disneyland. Clean room, maid staff every day. Near half the price of many other area hotels. 15-20 minute walk to Disney. Would definitely recommend. "

"Staff is super nice and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary drink upon check in. Our building was under construction so the entry doors were blocked with alternate entry was okay. The elevator was acting up, but stairs were easily accessible. Our room was clean and quiet. Hotel grounds were clean and parking lot felt safe. Walking distance to Disneyland a plus. "
