Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

They cancelled my trip

They canceled my trip few days before I was supposed to arrive. I have to find a new location which wasn't very easy. Not nice. I checked the website and the property was still available to rent and got no explanation for that.
