  • NEW RENTAL- 2025. Enjoy Branson and relax in this newly UPDATED and very SPACIOUS condo loaded with amenities at the popular Thousand Hills Golf Resort at the "Fairways". Parking is directly in front and NO STEPS to get in this condo. This condo is very large and accommodating at almost 1400 sq ft and has a fully enclosed year around sunroom with breath taking views that overlook Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. This walk-in level condo provides you with beautiful décor, all new furnishings and appliances, upscale amenities, and located in the perfect location at the Heart of Branson. This condo is centrally located in Branson and just 2 blocks from the main strip in Branson, yet tucked away along the Thousand Hills Golf Course so you can enjoy a quiet setting that happens to be very close to the most popular Branson attractions. The condo is just minutes away from everything Branson has to offer for your memorable vacation.

    Our condo is very spacious and much larger than most condos with about 1400 sq. ft. of living space. The condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include a 55" HDTV in the living area, a murphy bed, plus a separate reclining sofa, and 2 recliners, WIFI, Two King Beds with pillow top mattresses, formal dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances, TVs in all bedrooms, plus a full-size washer and dryer.

    The enclosed sunroom is a great place to relax or have a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view of Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. The outdoor pool is heated so that you can enjoy the pool three seasons. You will not find more pleasant accommodations than at "The Fairways". This condo offers so much more space than most condos in Branson. The views are great and It is easy to relax and enjoy your time at this condo since it includes all the comforts of home. There is parking directly in front, and you are just steps from the front door. It has been completely updated and in a PERFECT location.

    This is a can't miss opportunity and condo for the entire family that promises not to disappoint. This condo offers so much more space than most condos in Branson. This property exceeded our expectations! Both bedrooms do have ensuite bathrooms, which is great. It didn't have any steps to get into it, just as the listing said, and the enclosed sunroom was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you David!

We took our 93 year-old father back to visit friends in Branson. The unit had no stairs, which was great. The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and COOL! It was close to the grocery store and restaurants, making it easy to get together with people. We loved staying here, and the price is reasonable.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the White Pine Cottage for a long weekend and absolutely loved it! Beautiful rustic home with all modern amenities that is perfectly situated near Leland and short driving distance to Suttons Bay, Glen Arbor, and Traverse City. The owners are super friendly and communicated very well. We will definitely be returning to stay again!

Home away from home

We visit Branson at least once a year and have stayed at many places and this place was great. Great location, minute from the strip. Had everything we needed. Towels were the exact same ones I use at home which made me so happy! Beautiful furniture and decor. I would recommend.

Nice getaway

A nice mother-daughter getaway. Super comfortable and conveniently located. Lots of room to relax. The owner was great when I needed to adjust the dates. Communication was prompt as well. Highly recommend.

Spring break vacation

We loved it besides the people who were above us. They woke us up every morning with stomping and running. Other than that it was great. We were close to all the attractions and stores.

We enjoyed the place

Location is near the action. yet seems somewhat isolated. There was just the 2 of us, but the layout is excellent for two couples, David responded quickly to dishwasher issue that was resolved.
