2nd time my wife and I have stayed here. Great for the price and conveniently located. Easy to get in and out to anywhere you need to go. Good breakfast as well.

Lots of choices for breakfast, very helpful staff. Room was pretty clean, a few carpet stains, but generally clean. Very reasonable pricing from the hotel directly.

One bed had a stained blanket. The room was ok but needed to be remodeled for sure. Didn’t walk without shoes on. The waffles were great but the coffee and eggs were cold. Worked for a last minute booking. Good location.

We had a room on the top floor and getting up there could definitely be a challenge for some, there is an elevator but only on one side of the building. The top balcony was extremely slanted and made everyone feel dizzy as they walked to and from the room. The room smelled musty and mildew-y when we first opened the door, it was much worse in the bathroom. We went swimming in the pool, which looks MUCH nicer online than in person. After we showered and smelled our swimsuits, they all smelled like trash and dirty clothes.. Definitely won’t be back

The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning work better than fantastic, it was cold enough to snow in there. My husband turned it off for a little while then turned on the heater and with it being the first time the heat had been turned on this year we were guessing, the smoke detector started yelling at us. 😂 We got everything under control and finally got it warm enough my teeth quit chattering, plus I took off my sweater.

The rooms were fairly clean, and although the pool was under maintenance during our stay, we still had a good experience. It wasn’t the best place I’ve ever stayed, but it certainly wasn’t the worst either. It was a good, affordable place to stay, and I would probably stay here again the next time I’m in Branson. The plus the AC was nice and cold The Breakfast was decent

The room itself was clean however pretty much everything else was disappointing. The pool area had no air so it was hot and musty smelling, plus the hot tub was roped off and said permanently closed. The pictures posted of the hotel are obviously very old and not recent pictures. There is also a hidden $100 hold they put on your account when you check in that doesn’t get refunded until 3-5 days after check out.
