Featuring your own PRIVATE POOL in the basement, TWO game rooms stocked with a pool table, a ping pong table, foosball, and arcades as well as a two tiered THEATER ROOM boasting of plush leather couches! All 9 bedrooms have the luxury of a KING BED and PRIVATE BATHROOMS, so everyone gets the best room in the house! Plus a futon in 5 of these bedrooms adds extra sleeping space ideal for families! Come together around the FIRE PIT on the main back deck after a day of Branson filled adventures and enjoy a view of Table Rock Lake through the trees or soak in the HOT TUB one deck lower! But for those wanting a closer view, the lake is accessible by a short trail through the woods just a few yards away. The beautiful neighborhood of CHATEAU COVE also offers an outdoor pool for those coming in the summer months and the location is ideal for all the Branson fun your group will want to experience!

The Space:
Vaulted ceiling and walls clad with rustic knotty pine greet you as you walk in the front door! This spacious living room is a great gathering place for your whole group to come together to enjoy quality time! The kitchen is open to the living room, so everyone will feel included, and is stocked with double refrigerators, double ovens, double dishwashers, and cabinets full of all the cookware, utensils, and small appliances you would need to cook up your favorites! Then enjoy those delicious meals around the rustic, solid wood dining tables! Or head out to the main level back deck to roast some s'mores around the propane fire pit and enjoy the beautiful view!

The main level just has two steps up to the front door, making access easy for those who have difficulty with stairs. The three of the bedrooms are on the main level, all with their own private bathrooms, and two featuring a futon in the bedroom as well.

Head on upstairs for the loft game room where you can challenge each other to a game of pool or shuffleboard or enjoy a round of cards at one of the circle tables while watching the game on the big screen TV! Three more bedrooms are located on this upstairs level, again all with king beds, their own private bathrooms, and two featuring a futon in the bedroom as well.

Then downstairs in the basement is the second game room stocked with a ping pong table, foosball table, and arcades as well as access to your own PRIVATE INDOOR POOL! The theater room is also down here where you can enjoy a movie theater like experience in the comfort of your own home! The last three bedrooms are on this lower level, all with king beds, their own private bathrooms, and one feature a futon in the bedroom as well! Then out the back doors, the hot tub sits on this lower back deck, perfect for relaxing after a glorious day of Branson fun! The home is the perfect spot for your group to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the ENTIRE HOME as well as access to the neighborhood amenities just down the street including an INDOOR POOL (open year round), an OUTDOOR POOL (open seasonally), and a wonderful children's PLAYGROUND!

The Neighborhood:
This well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! At the beginning of the street is the INDOOR POOL complete with umbrella fountains for the kids, and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Just a few houses down, and up an outdoor staircase, is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL featuring a kid-approved pool slide, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones!! Then, at the end of our street (just one house over) is access to Table Rock Lake! Enjoy the short wooded trail down to the neighborhood’s SECLUDED COVE! Bring your poles if you want to go FISHING, bring your floats if you want to go SWIMMING, or bring a lawn chair if you just want to sit back and ENJOY THE VIEW!

Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater!

Silver Dollar City is one of Branson’s biggest attractions and is only 10 minutes away! SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

Chateau on the Lake's Marina is only 4 minutes away and the State Park Marina is 9 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!
