Your house is perfect for a large group! We had 6 adults and 9 children staying for the Father’s Day weekend. We were able to enjoy the outdoor and indoor pools and your hot tub! Everything was well appointed and clean! Karen

Our family meets in Branson yearly as a Christmas gift to the kids and grandkids. They love staying under the same roof, enjoying family time. Beth's rentals always provide a homey holiday feel. This home is in a perfect location with lots of parking. Beautiful view, kids love the hot tub, grandkids love the bedrooms. We love all the living room seating. Beth is wonderful to work with.

This property is as pictured. It’s beautiful, very well stocked and sits high on a hill overlooking Table Rock Lake. There is an indoor pool and Community swimming pool and playground just down hill from property. Hot tub and fire pit on a huge porch downstairs, with another huge screened in area on main level. This house is perfect for large groups. We had 21 in our group. The hostess, Beth, is very responsive. Could not ask for better accommodations. Highly recommend!

Great location! Very clean and very well supplied with kitchen items, bathroom towels, shampoo, etc. Our family enjoyed the pool table, arcade and hot tub. The screened in porch was well used as well as the outdoor patio. Great place!!!!

Decided to do a last minute trip to Branson with the family. Found this property and it had exactly what we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all cooking essentials, propane for grill, shampoo/body wash for the ones that forgot theirs, laundry detergent, pool table, amazing view of the lake and so much more. Arrived to Branson a bit earlier and was able to check in about an hour earlier. We will definitely keep this one in mind for future stays!

We had a large group gathering in Branson for a much-overdue family reunion, and finding a property to accommodate all families was a heavy ask. This property absolutely delivered - the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had all of the hardware we needed. I can't imagine looking anywhere else for accommodations when we come back; thank you again to the owners for such a beautiful home!

We loved this house so much! We have fifteen family members and the house had the perfect number of long size beds for the adults plus enough space for the kids to sleep together. The numerous parking spots were such a treat since we are not used to that with previous rentals! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much!

The views of Table Rock Lake from the patio of this house are amazing. Everything we needed for cooking was available. Comfortable beds. Plenty of furniture and things to do. Hot tub was nice and clean. We had a couple of items we reached out about and they were quick and attentive to get to a resolution. The location is great also. Longest drive we had to get to anything in the Branson area was 15 minutes...keep in mind we were there during the off-season so drive times may be longer in the summer. Overall...great place! Highly recommend.

This house was awesome! My mom wanted our family (14 people total) to get together for her birthday and this house was perfect! Each family had their own room and bathroom. It was a great location, very close to Branson. Close to heated indoor pool and playground as well. I highly recommend!

Our family group included 3 generations, 12 people, from age 8 to age 66 years old. This home is beautiful and our family truly enjoyed our stay here! It checks all the boxes and is very definitely deserving of a 5-star rating. It has a lovely view of the lake and is very easy to get to. The inside of the home was very clean and decorated for the holidays which made our family Christmas celebration more special. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had a bathroom, that is always a plus for a big family group like ours. The pool table and arcade game were a big hit with the younger generation. Just a great place to stay, I highly recommend it and would most definitely stay here again!

Fabulous property for a multi family stay. Plenty of space for everyone. We had toddlers, teens, young adults and the old folks. Everyone had a great time. We had plenty of room for family meals and game night but also space we could spread out. Hot tub, pool table and fire pit were fabulous features. Outside deck areas spacious and comfortable. Indoor pool was near by and kids loved it. All areas were clean and kitchen well appointed. Appliances were new and everything worked great. Loved our family time. Highly recommend this location and this host.

This house gave us a convenient, clean and comfortable place for my husband and myself, our 3 adult children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren. Nice view of the lake, easy to get into Branson, close to State Park Marina, nice pools, everything in good working order. Would stay again.
