Relax in our cozy pet friendly condo, short walking distance to Clubhouse. Situated within the gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village. Only a 10-minute drive to Hwy 76, 20-minute drive to Silver Dollar City and 5-minute drive to Tablerock Lake.

Boat & trailer parking not permitted

Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner:
*Two dogs under 35 pounds allowed.
*Dog/s must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog/s must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog/s causes any damages, you will be charged.

Note: As this condo is located within a shared building, guests may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighboring units.
