I do recommend Evergreen Inn coz staff very kind and prompt, room and property very ckean and well maintained, biz/budget friendly, and it's very quiet, proper for working online during the day and perfect resting sleep at nighttime. Even so, Evergreen Inn is within walking distance to several attractions and close to the strip theaters and restaurants.

The staff tried hard to be sure everything was good with us. They were fast to respond when requests were made. The pool was not open. I think, given time, the owner will make the needed improvements to make this hotel better!

Hotel was undergoing renovations so pool wasn’t open. Understandable. Staff was friendly, helpful and available. Had an issue with tub not draining which was quickly resolved. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Easy access to all of Branson’s activity but not right in the middle of it. Which we appreciated.

When we booked online we were told the pool and free breakfast was available but upon arrival we were informed the pool and breakfast was not open.I understand that the new ownership has to maintain permits before that will be available. Besides that the staff and new owners were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We will return and hopefully he will have everything open .

First room they took me to was at least 90 degrees inside. Second 'non-smoking' room stank and had cigarette burns all over the bathtub. Floor was patched with paint, walls badly patched, mismatched paint on items and paint drooled on the floor. Dirty tub/shower. Grubby place, then at 3:30 I woke to dripping water, turned on lights to find water coming out of the shower/toilet ceiling fixture. People started banging around upstairs and I heard a toilet flushing and more water dripping down. I packed up and left.

This was our first time to checked in at the 3 star hotel with my wife. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. First: the floor has so much dirt as we walked barefoot. My wife need to wiped the floor with wet towel. Towel turns black! I get that we checked in at the 3 star hotel but cleanliness must be the priority of every hotels. You're cleaning staffs on duty is terrible. Please do Check your employees if they are really doing their job that they supposed to. Satisfaction of every costumers is important. The cleaning staff on duty by the way in the room we checked in is Jakie
