    Located near the award-winning Thousand Hills golf course and only minutes from Branson dining and entertainment, this three-bedroom walk-in condo is ideal for a larger family or group of up to eight. A spacious main living area provides a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table, a living room with cable TV/DVD and a sofa bed, and a private, covered patio. Each of the three bedrooms offers a king-size bed, closet or drawer space, cable TV, and a private or corresponding bathroom. The master suite features patio access and a jetted tub in its private bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer and free wireless internet. Seasonal outdoor pool access is included with your stay.

    This is a 1st floor unit with walk-in access from parking. There is an elevator in the building.

It was a very nice house. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing I would personally recommend is to put black out curtains on the front bedroom. The light comes thru very brightly and I like complete darkness when I sleep.

The condo was clean, but could use some deep cleaning with dusty baseboards and spider webs in the lamp shades, the carpets need to be shampooed real bad. The bathrooms were clean but the master shower drain was slow at first then would not drain at all.. the pool was temporarily closed but we got to use one across the street. Bring extra blankets if like more than the one that is on the bed..

Soccer weekend stay

We stayed for a soccer tournament. The location is fantastic. Checkin was a bit hectic with everyone lined up to checkin after 4pm. The condo was a nice size and well appointed, but the carpets were disgusting with black paths through the whole place. Additionally the walls in the bath room were dirty.

Dirty carpets and spiders

I was not pleased with the filthy carpet in all 3 bedrooms and we found 2 brown recluse spiders in the master bedroom. Didn't know there was a property manager but did tell the front desk when we left. Branson was wonderful.

Could have been better

When we first walked in the smell was horrible. I had to go buy a candle to try and help with the smell. Water pressure was pretty much not there. Even my 5yr old grandson commented on how bad it was. The Decor was way outdated not a deal breaker but needs to be addressed. The beds were way to hard. The kitchen was not a fully equipped kitchen so we had to go buy extra stuff I was not planning on buying. The pool key didn’t work. The pics seem to be misleading not as big or as nice as what was advertised. It just seemed one thing after another was wrong with this place. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great place!

Nice place to stay. Quiet and close to town. Plenty of room and comfy! Walk in unit makes it very easy to get in and out.
