「We had planned a last-minute getaway to relax and to watch some TV series that we had been wanting to do. The condo was clean, the soap and shampoo/body wash did not even lather up. We had to go and purchase items to shower with. Our biggest disappointment, though was the fact that we could not watch TV because the Internet would not connect to the TV.
