"Alles bestens, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dies ist aber schon der einzige kleine Mangel und alles war tiptop sauber. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Nichts zu meckern :)"

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang Super schönes Zimmer und sehr sauber. Wellness Bereich Super und Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr fein. Einzig beim Salatbuffet währe mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert. "The place is nice for a family holiday. I went there knowingly although I was on a business trip but had to book in the last minute and didn't have a lot of options. A lot of activity going on, which is nice but noisy if you are not a parttaker."

"The Spa and pool are fantastic. The staff and service are excellent. The classic rooms are well maintained and very enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, though the hot food like eggs needs to be refreshed more often. Perhaps putting out lesser and more often. The receiption staff and bar staff were excellent and took time with every customer. The hotel really cares for it's customers."

"We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms. The food is nice, the bar area is lovely. Half board is usually on offer for a stay, which includes a multi-course evening meal. All in all, it’s a reliably good hotel."
