Staff on site was very congenial and helpful. Marco introduced the hotel well and although brief the stay was very comfortable. Some amenities including Jacuzzi and heating elements of the room were unavailable in "off-season" which was a great disappointment but overall the stay was great.

Great central hotel. Bars and restraunts close by. Very close to main road in from Innesbruck. Breakfast, lots of selection. Cold and warm. Fruit, pastries and different types of bread. Room, excellent, really clean and modern.

Everything was excellent

The room is spacious and very comfortable with good air conditioning. It is easy to park a car in the underground garage with a reasonable fee of 15 euros for 24 hours. We were also very much satisfied with a wide selection of breakfast. Highly recommended.

Breathtaking views. Good shower but flooded. I dorgot to take my special pillow upstairs so woke up three times gasping for breath. The bed was not as comfortable as one would like. Restaurant only available for large groups. Other than that its central and convenient as I booked 20 minutes before arriving.

Réservation faite un mois à l'avance pour recevoir un appel le matin même informant qu'il était surbooké et que je devais aller à un autre hôtel moins bien noté et sans parking. L'autre hotel m'a dit que je pouvais me garer au parking de l'hotel Best Western et quand je suis arrivé, l'hotel Best Western m'a fait payer 15 euros en me disant : "it is what it is".

Tolle Lage des Hotels. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und sehr große Auswahl an allem was man zum Frühstücken braucht. Zimmer sehr schön. Zimmerpersonal sehr nett und auch sehr sauber geputzt. Wellnessbereich sehr schön, aber zu wenig Liegen zum Entspannen zwischen den Saunagängen. Liegen waren immer mit Badetücher blockiert ohne das irgendjemand im Bereich war!! Saunaregeln kein Aushang! Benutzer ohne Badetücher auf den Bänken, oder mit Badebekleidung! Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub zu zweit!

Um ehrlich zu sein hätte ich eigentlich noch weniger Sterne geben müssen. Natürlich war das Zimmer okay, auch der Pool und die Tiefgarage aber bei allem stimmt schlicht das Preis vs Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Zimmer klein und sehr teuer. Der Pool ( klein) kein Whirlpool nur Dampfbad und Sauna 15 Euro / Person und Tag extra, davon war nichts im Vorfeld zu lesen. Für 3 Tage waren das für 2 Personen gleich nochmals 90Euro. Die Tiefgarage weitere 15 Euro/ Tag also nochmal 45 Euro. Bademantel nochmals 15 Euro/ Kopf. Man rechne mal 2Nächte in einem Mittelklassehotel mit extrem unfreundlichem Personal an der Rezeption und einem kleinen Zimmer 386 Euro 90 Euro Pool 45 Euro für das Auto 30 für Bademantel. Ich gabe dieses überteuerte Hotel nur wegen des Pools gebucht zahle jetzt aber quasi den Pool extra. Rate jedem der nicht abgezockt werden wull von diesem Hotel ab. P.S. Das Hotel macht Werbung mitvdem Pool ohne tu erwähnen, dass dies extra kostet. Also
