Beautiful Apartment in Salzburg with Balcony

The renovated Dorfblick holiday apartment is located in the center of always lively Bramberg, near the new Smaragdbahn.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and TV. The apartments also have an open, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, coffee maker, dishwasher and much more. There are also four bedrooms, one with an extra sink and a separate bathroom. In addition to a beautiful balcony, you can also use the small garden at the back of the house.
A restaurant, nightlife options, public transport and other facilities are in the immediate vicinity. You are right in the center, so you don't need a car, but if you do arrive by car, there is a parking space included.

If you are on holiday in Bramberg in winter, you must not miss the longest (illuminated) toboggan run in Europe with a length of 14 km. A fantastic sensation!
Skiers also get their money's worth. In 5 to 20 minutes you can reach the ski areas of Kitzbühel or the Zillertal Arena. In summer there are countless hiking trails to explore. The Krimml Waterfalls and the Gross Glockner are also worth a visit.

Mooi appartement. We waren met achten, voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Helaas geen wasmachine. Wel last gehad van de kerkklok die midden in de nacht ook afgaat, en om 6.00 uur wel 24x. Het ligt op loopafstand naar de gondel voor skigebied.

Een prachtig huis. Wij verbleven er met 5 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Wij kwamen om 14:00 aan en konden er gelijk in, aankomsttijd stond beschreven vanaf 16:00, dus heel fijn! Gastvrouw gaf een rondleiding en alles goed uitgelegd, zij wonen beneden. Appartement is op de 2e verdieping en prachtig, ruim balkon die heerlijk de hele dag de zon heeft. Heerlijke bank en bedden, gezellig ingericht. Wel nét genoeg servies voor 7 personen. Huis staat naast een kerk die sochtends vroeg (6u) afgaat met een hele riedel, maar dat is een kleine bijkomstigheid. Naar de piste/skilift is lopend te doen, mits de ski's en schoenen in depot staan. Eveneens als de supermarkt op loopafstand. Al met al ontzettend genoten in het gezellige, maar gemoedelijke Bramberg.

Het appartement is in een woord fantastisch. Super eenvoudig te vinden, aardige en vriendelijke ontvangst, alles super modern en nieuw, veel ruimte en heerlijk uitzicht met balkon in de zon. Daarnaast nog eens vijf minuten van de skigondelbaan.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Wohnung. Der riesige Balkon hat eine schöne Aussicht auf den Ort, die Berge und das Tal. Alles ist neuwertig und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Gastronomie, das großartige Museum, Geschäfte, die Seilbahn sind mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Einziger Mangel: Die Küchenausstattung reicht nicht. Zu wenige Teller (Spülmaschine wird nur halbvoll), keinen Salzstreuer, kein Besen, keine Eierbecher, nur ein kleines Messer, ... Küchenkiste mitbringen!

De aankomst was hartelijk, we komen hier al een aantal jaren, en ze herkende ons weer direkt, de accommodatie is voortreffelijk en schoon, omgeving is mooi, de ski's en schoenen worden in het depot gezet bij de liften, ideaal, en dan lopend op 10 min. van het huis, mooier kan het niet!

Nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Vermieterin kurz durch die Wohnung geführt. Küche leider ohne Toaster, sonst wie beschrieben. Lampe über Spüle war defekt, ist mittlerweile vllt repariert. Dusche und WC war getrennt. Wohnzimmer war wie beschrieben. Betten waren in allen Schlafräumen leider zu kurz und man hat darin nicht gut geschlafen-(...Lage der Wohnung ist super und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Vermieterin und Vermieter waren leider während des gesamten Urlaubs nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Am ersten Abend stand die Vermieterin um 21.58 Uhr plötzlich und unangekündigt mitten in der Wohnung (Küche) und hat uns in einer sehr unfreundlichen Art und Weise darauf hingewiesen das wir zu laut sind. Wir waren insg. 6 Erw und 3 Kinder, da kann es auch schon mal etwas munter zugehen. Das Haus/Wohnung scheint sehr hellhörig zu sein, also Obacht -)...bei der Abreise haben wir die Schlüssel von der Wohnung einfach stecken gelassen, da weit und breit kein Vermieter zu sehen war...

Het ruime appartement ligt prachtig op de berg, maar wel vlakbij alle voorzieningen. Bramberg is een rustig dorp, maar niet ingeslapen. Het skigebied is niet super groot maar overzichtelijk. Je kunt ook nog met de skibus naar 2 andere skigebieden in de buurt. Het enige minpuntje was de kerkklok. Die beiert je elke morgen om 6 uur wakker.

De eigenaresse was kort en duidelijk. Ze woont op de begane grond hier geen last van gehad. Misschien iets meer interesse in ons was fijn geweest. Ook over het inleveren van de sleutel geen contact gehad. Verder een prima verblijf gehad. Bramberg is een leuk dorpje met voldoende ski mogelijkheden. Het museum was een aangename verrassing met een grote collectie van gevonden gesteente en mineralen uit de buurt.

Prima ruim en schoon appartement op korte loopafstand van de skilift en direct in het centrum. Dit deel van Oostenrijk is een bezoek waard. Wij komen er nu enkele jaren en genieten steeds weer van de gastvrijheid en de natuur.

een mooi en ruim en schoon appartement met een prachtig uitzicht. Op loopafstand zijn supermarkt, bakker, restaurant, ... Het is even wennen aan de kerkklokken, maar het heeft ook wel wat. De doorgaande weg is dichtbij( maar daar merk je niets van qua geluid o.i.d.), dus om ergens naar toe te rijden is dit erg prettig.

We werden netjes ontvangen. De accommodatie vinden wij klein voor 8 volwassenen. Weinig zit plaatsen in de kamer. Kleine keuken. De kerkklok luid wel heel vaak. De omgeving is mooi, maar vrij rustig in Bramberg zelf.

Aankomst en ontvangst was prettig. Huis zeer schoon opgeleverd. Alle van belang zijnde zaken zijn op loopafstand te bereiken. Als vervelend werd ervaren dat uit eten in een van de restaurants men na twee uur dient te vertrekken. Hoeveelheid bezoekers te groot voor het aanbod aan restaurants.
