No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters.

出張やプライベートでよく利用させて頂いてます。 あくまで個人的な印象ですが、 建物は古く、メンテナンスもあまりされていないという印象です。寝具やリネンも清潔感があるとは言い切れない印象です。 フロントの対応はそれなりなのですが、出入りの際は必ず鍵を預けなければならず、防犯面の対応という意味では良いのでしょうが、面倒な印象も受けます。 大宰府から近く、二日市駅へのアクセスも便利なのが唯一のメリットだと思います。 総合的にも、コスパ的にも決しておススメしません。 まあ、この地域にほかにホテルがないので、仕方なく利用させて頂いているといったところでしょうか。

部屋に入った瞬間から部屋の臭いが気になりました。部屋には消臭剤やファブリーズなどは置いてあったのですが、何度かけても臭いが気になり最後には消臭剤をベット近くに置いて就寝しました。またアメニティも豊富とは言えず、リンスインシャンプーが嫌な方はご自分で用意するのが一番だと思います。シャンプーインリンスは隣にあったボディソープと色や匂いが似ていたことからもしかしたら一緒なのでは？と疑ってしまうほどでした。就寝の際にバスルームの換気扇の音が気になり消したところ翌日掲揚し難い臭いが広がっていました。換気扇の音が気になっても止めないことをお勧めします。

タバコの臭いが染みついた

エレベーター無し、喫煙可の部屋しかなく、仕方ないとは思いながら他に無く予約しました。部屋に入ると予想以上のタバコの匂いに気分が悪く、部屋内のインテリアもうっすら黄ばんでいました。 服や鞄にも臭いが移ってしまいました。 従業員の皆様はとても丁寧で感じよく、これだけソフトが良いだけに、ハードが良ければと思うのが残念でした。立地はいいので内部をリノベされる事を祈ります。
