The only problem was one non-working lift and the other was very slow until the freight lift was pointed out to us.There is a hotel- hoppa route H2D from Heathrow but it is infrequent. It is possible to get a regular.bus from Heathrow bus station to nearby the hotel cheaply every 10 minutes- check google maps."
