Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can occasionally arise, but this was far beyond what is reasonable. The condition of the room made our stay genuinely unpleasant, and we would not stay here again.

Ditte on front office was fab. Fantastic location very central. Lovely places to walk around . I was just in n out for a day’s work in London . Definitely my place to go next visit too.

I was able to spend 4 days at this delightful hotel. The staff is the sweetest and most helpful you could ask for while traveling. Here are my glows and grows, Glows- the best location possible, very helpful staff, clean room, again GREAT LOCATION Grow- please know there is NO elevator. It was 70 steps up 4 flights of steps to my room. Is it the end of the world? No, you just need to be aware. Staff offered to help me carry my bags up to my room. The room was very small, again it is not the end of the world, you just need to be aware going on. I really liked this sweet little hotel. I would stay again in a heartbeat. You can't beat the location and ease to the tube.
