Newly Renovated 4BR / 4BA Pet-Friendly, Best Walking Location At Boyne Mountain

Mountain Villas provide family-style comfort tucked between the trees at the base of Boyne Mountain. All of the mountain villas are conveniently close to the lifts and Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark.

This recently remodeled 4 bedroom(3BR +Loft), 4 bathroom mountain villa condo is an exceptional place for families to make themselves comfortable. This unit has been updated.

The gorgeous master bedroom has a king sized bed, and En Suite Bathroom. The second bedroom has a flat screen TV and two queen over queen bunk beds for plenty of sleeping space. The Third bedroom has a King Bed and flat screen TV, and the loft has a twin bed with trundle.

The living room has a custom gas fireplace,hand made dining table, hard wood floors, and plenty of natural light to take in Northern Michigan's splendor.

The kitchen is fully equipped, full size oven, and full size dishwasher.

There is also a second kitchenette perfect for entertaining with big meals!

Boyne Mountain is a skier's paradise offering the best skiing and boarding in the lower peninsula. Expert and beginners are equally delighted as Boyne Mountain can accommodate your needs. Lessons and rentals are available for all ages at the main lodge along with child care, restaurants, a shared hot tub, and heated pool. If you still want more, head up to Boyne Highlands or Nub’s Nob for the day and take in their slopes. Tickets for the Mountain and the Highlands are interchangeable.

After a long day of golfing, skiing, or whatever you’ve done to work yourself out, take in a relaxing spa treatment or relax in the hot tub located in the main lodge

Not tired yet? Boyne features the largest and best indoor water park in Michigan Avalanche Bay will cool off or warm up whichever the case may be you can slide, splash, surf, or soak till you drop.

Boyne Mountain offers plenty of dining choices located near the main lodge just a short walk away. There is full dining at Everett's, Erickson's, Pierson's, The Beachhouse at Deer Lake and the A'Pres Pub. If you get hungry or thirsty on the slopes stop in at the Eagle’s Nest for a bite or just to warm up. Pizza and sandwiches are available in the Trophy Room or have it delivered directly to your condo. Relax with cocktails in Everett's Bar or enjoy the night life at the Snowflake Lounge, Trophy Room or the many other great restaurants in Boyne City, Petoskey or Charleviox.

If the cold's not for you Boyne offers ten world-class courses. At Boyne Mountain you can enjoy the Monument and the Alpine. At Boyne Highlands are the Donald Ross, Arthur Hills, the Moor and Heather courses. The Bay Harbor Golf Course offers the Links, Preserve, and Quarry. All courses open to the public. Every thing was great . Four bathrooms.....no hair dryer. Comfortable beds.nice bedding. Close to pool and everything Boyne Mountain. Short drive to Walloon Lake and everything it has to offer.We loved our stay over all.

We stayed in this condo for a soccer tournament in Petoskey. It was a quick easy drive to the fields and with a kitchen we were able to eat healthy all weekend. My kids enjoyed walking around the grounds and swimming in the pool in the evening. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out when we needed to.

Definitely had plenty of room for nine of us. Short walk to the Boyneland chairlift which was nice. Plenty of cooking utensils to get meals out. But not much counterspace. Bathrooms were a little small but we had 4 so it worked. Overall I would recommend it especially for large groups! Enjoyed our stay!

The pictures did not disappoint. Beautifully updated, all the comforts of home. Perfect location for both skiing and the water park, all within walking distance. Communication with Lexi was great, she even checked in via e-mail after the 1st night to make sure everything was ok. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this property. It had adequate space for all the guests we had. It is very close to the Boyne Mountain ski resort and all the amenities that place offers. Also very close to Petosky, Boyne City, etc. Check in was easy and check out was very reasonable. Note this is a second floor unit; I may have missed this upon booking but there is a flight of stairs to the doorway. Not an issue for us, but may be important to some. Thanks again!

So I read some of the reviews and honestly, people can just be rude. That place was beautiful. Check in was easy, and I emailed the manager and she was seriously right on top of it. Called me ASAP. Gave me a ton of info. Process was super easy. So helpful, and it was a GREAT deal. Couldn’t be happier with the place. Thank you Lexi for all your help and I look forward to booking this property every year for my annual conference!!!!!! Only negative was I had to spend time learning and not enough in the property! Seriously, it was great! So many places to sleep, nice and warm, heat controls in many places so I was able to have a warm living room and a cool bedroom. For sure exceeded my expectations!!! Highly recommend this property!!!!!!!!!

There were many things lacking. Very few pots and pans. One small fry pan that did not work, everything stuck to it. One small sauce pan. I had to go out and buy a frying pan and a sause pan.The utensils were old and worn. The refrigerators were very small. One table that seated 6-8. One water heater for 14 people to shower. The master bedroom door would not close all the way. The (master) shower did not drain very well. The laundry faciliy was clean. We enjoyed our time with our family, and that's what's important. I would not rent this property again and I would not recommend this rental to anyone else. I honestly expected more for the amount of money spent. I do not anticipate using VRBO again.

Overall the stay was nice. The unit is in building L which is very close to the Boyneland lift. We have teens so having them come and go on their own is helpful. Also walking distance to the rest of the lodge. The description says that it is newly renovated however it would appear that only the bathrooms were newly renovated. Around the trim on the entry door window was toilet paper that was stuck in there. Almost like either insulation around it. This looked really bad as it was sticking out all around it. This was our initial experience when we first entered. The mattress pad on the trundle bed smelled like urine. Our daughter noticed when she was just sitting on the bed. We removed the bedding and the mattress seemed fine. It was just the mattress pad. The hardwood floors, tables in bedrooms, and trim around doors and windows were very worn. The ceiling fan was connected by an orange extension cord that ran down the wall to plug in. The other ceiling fan had a very small undersized extension cord that did the same. Kitchen counter space was also very limited. We had to spread stuff out on the dining room table. The description lists a pool and talks about relaxing in a hot tub, however it is only open during the summer. You can access the lodge pool and hot tub if you purchase a day pass from the spa. It is $20/person. I wouldn’t rent this unit again. The price for the experience wasn’t worth it.

Never received an address, gate code, or unit number until we arrived and then had to make multiple phone calls to finally get in. Property was misrepresented as 4 bedrooms even though it's only 3. They also kept the majority of our security deposit and when asked when photos is the new they claimed we left, they ghosted us.

Liked the condo, spacious for our family of 15. Good thing was 4 bathrooms. Things that bothered: condo had a weird smell when we entered and there was sand on the floor in front of fire place. Next day we realized that smell is actually a gas leak. We left a msg to the owner but response was very slow and maintenance guy showed up at 1:00 am. Next morning owner didn’t even apologize nor asked if everything was ok. This was quite shocking and left a bad taste. bed sheets had some stains Fire alarm was going on randomly even though we were only boiling water on the stove.

Some of our extended family stayed in the hotel, and this condo was perfect for us to be able to hang with them and even have enough space to host pizza dinner for all. The closet held SO many folding chairs! The layout is quirky and fun and provides lots of spaces for people to gather or retreat. Pictures are accurate. Boyne is an old resort, but the condo was nicely updated on the inside. Definitely would stay here again.
