"Went back 20 mins after checkout to get my charger. Cleaning staff had already gotten to it. Front desk got my cable but not the brick. Housekeeping is not trustworthy these days. Never stay there again. NEVER!!!"

"Clean spacious bedroom with a large bathroom. The AC was great and kept the room comfortable. The Gym was okay. I just used 1 of the treadmills. It had 4 pieces of equipment. The Staff was great and the location was perfectly in the city of Richmond "

"For the price it was comfortable and quiet for one night. I was alone and saying that it would be tight quarters for two people. Bathroom very small with just enough room for a toilet and tub. Room was clean but there was a hairline crack along the tile in the tub area."

"AC was leaking water. Reported to front desk and we were promised a different room because tech couldn’t fix it. Left for an appointment and when we returned, another staff at the front desk didn’t believe us when we asked for a different room. She went to the room and confirmed it was leaking but said there was no availability. She then contacted the staff from the previous shift and confirmed everything. Finally found another room. It was a frustrating experience and made us feel we were lying. We were tired and wanted to rest but had to wait at the front desk to deal with this issue. The issue was poorly managed and left us with a bad taste. "

"Room was never swept, dirty sheets, cockroaches, water wouldn’t get hot for shower. And the air smelt like mildew. All around this place was absolute the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Highly do not recommend "

"Parking not secure. Paid a 50 dollar fee for what I do not know. This hotel needs a lot of work. Felt unsafe for the first time traveling alone."
