The host was communicative and accommodating, the accommodations were top notch with all of the necessities and more. The private sauna was a perfect amenity to make the experience feel that much more luxurious and relaxing. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the island! "

All necessities for a comfortable stay were thoughtfully provided, from towels to kitchen essentials. The location was in a safe, peaceful area, offering peace of mind during my entire visit. "Just ok...but not really worth it for the price. We booked this room as a 4 star hotel but I would not say the room or the inside of the hotel was up to that standard. Nice lobby and entrance and the staff were kind enough. The first room we were put into the AC fan was loud and squeaky and there was no way we would have managed to sleep and requested another room which they accommodated right away. The manager kindly waved the parking fee ($60! - even though listed as $35 on hotels .com and in the email we received before we arrived) for the inconvenience. The second room was a bit nicer, but I noticed silverfish on the bathroom room floor while I was showering. When we went for breakfast it was a very basic a la cart choice that we had prepaid for. The breakfast restaurant needs attention, all kinds of boxes and junk pilled up in a corner of the dinning room, even Mcdonalds doesn't have this! Also in the hallway outside the elevators, the floor was so dirty. Also the front of the cabinets in the room desperate for a wipe down. Bed and pillows were comfortable, the best part of the stay. Overall for the $350+ we paid, I wouldn't stay here again."

"I booked this stay prior to reading reviews and was very disappointed by pretty much everything. The entrance itself is completely locked and did not feel very welcoming. There with some issues with check in and the staff didn't seem very welcoming. Our room was very outdated and also not very welcoming or comfortable. The bathroom was dirty- you could see hair on the floor as though it wasn't cleaned and scum in the tub. The sink wasn't draining and I didn't dare go into the actual tub. The bathroom door couldn't open fully because the toilet seat lid was too big for the toilet and it prevented the door from opening. Also the lid kept falling down on us. The bed was broken and slanted, mattress super uncomfortable and the entire bed squeaked very loudly. It didn't get very dark in the room so was hard to sleep as well as it being very loud with super thin and old windows. The room was muggy and when we put on the AC it made everything under it wet. The tv had very little channels w/basically nothing on. The fridge was super loud. No microwave. The to-go coffee cups had no lids and the heat protecter sleeves were too big for the cups. Parking is separate from building in a sketchy lot nearby. The main road is full of homelessness and lots of sirens. Nowhere for loading and unloading really accept the side of the road. It just went on and on and it overall was one of the worst stays I have had. Even the price was outlandish for what we got."

"Airport shuttle was convenient and quick. The breakfast buffet was cold. Cold eggs, cold bacon and cold sausage. Was overpriced as well. Would have been cheaper and better to just eat at the airport. Hotel room overlooks the parking lot, not the marina."
