"I just returned home after staying at Chateau Lake Louise for 4 nights. I am very impressed by this hotel and will choose Fairmont hotels in the future. This hotel is not only beautiful but has the picturesque Lake Louise as the backdrop. Each morning, my husband and I would walk or hike areas of Lake Louise. There are several restaurant options on hotel grounds for guests and a grab and go pantry. The staff is exceptional! Lina, who checked us in, did a wonderful job explaining everything and was very helpful! We are looking forward to our next trip to Chateau Lake Louise. "

"Picked this property because of it's close proximity to Lake Louise and we were able to easily walk to the lake from our cabin. The cabin was very comfortable and the complimentary coffee pods was much appreciated. We also used the convenient shuttle service that they offer for their guests to Moraine Lake. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend."

"What a special place. We felt like we made new friends of the people we ate dinner with and those we had a drink with after dinner in the beautiful lounge. Their goal is to make you feel at home and we did. Fyi, no AC in the rooms but thankfully we had a cool night. No WIFI or TV's....nice to be off the grid! Bow Lake is magical. Splurge and stay for a couple of nights! Dinner, Breakfast and lunch included."

"Great stay for us this is the lake Louise inn. Prices will likely vary based on the season, but you can’t go wrong with the renovated rooms in the back, I believe it’s building five. Also, the lobby is well done and has two full functioning restaurants that are probably the best places to eat in the small Lake Louise area."
