Beautiful fully equipped air-conditioned studio, 40 m2 with large 8m2 balcony-terrace, renovated for maximum comfort during your stay.
Located in the Tortola building of La Résidence Secure (Mt Vernon Hotel), with new swimming pool (March 2023) on the edge of Orient Bay beach and close to free parking.
On the top floor, cool (tiled) and shaded terrace, brilliant panoramic view including sea, beach and nature reserve. South orientation, calm and protected from the wind. Exceptional.
