"First time staying, we picked the hotel for the pool. First morning we got to swim and the big slide looks as if its going to tip over it wobbles even with the little kids going down. a little scary. the bathroom in the pool was strewn with toilet paper and we were the first ones in the morning. the evening we took the kiddos down and they began swimming and we noticed feces in the deeper part. called front desk she came and inspected and closed it down and itd be cleaned over night and be available in the morning. Morning came we called for a late check out just until noon the man stated no, he had a large group coming and couldn't never had that happen before. the pool was also to be cleaned and i asked when it would be available he said its not. We were here for my sons birthday, he wanted to swim and glad we got to once. the room was okay, the beds are definitely worn."

"Old room. Very noisy. It was a dance competition going on. Hard to find parking. Bathroom sink and shower drain were very slowly. If you are looking for quiet place, this is not for you."

"We asked for a room off of the Main Street to keep the noise levels down and it was better but still a good bit of street noise. Hotel is nice and Bernie’s is excellent. Ten is supposed to be an upscale dining experience however the furniture is very very outdated and uncomfortable."

"When I booked the room there was no indication they were remodeling the hotel. The photos appear that it is updated. After we checked in, they told us the elevators were not working due to remodeling. I had elderly ladies with me that have problems using stairs and walking. If I would have known this I never would have booked this hotel. We returned from dinner and decided to park near the entrance closest to the stairs so the ladies didn’t have to walk as far. The entrance lock was broken, with a note that said due to remodeling the key card would not open the door, we had to walk even further due to this. Once to our room, the television was broken. Rooms were updated, but the bathtub was still worn and gross…. Breakfast attendant was nice, small but typical hotel breakfast. Outside of the building and things just aren’t as nice as other hotels, their remodel appears as they just put lipstick on a pig."
