「Our room could have been cleaner. There was a pair of used underwear in the bathroom」

The check in process was so easy and the staff were very nice and detailed in the appropriate instructions. We would definitely stay again.」

「This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the...
