Located 9 km from Belvès (all amenities), this 120 m² house is semi-detached to a Gîtes de France rental (ref. 24G364374). Ground floor: Living room/kitchen area with a double sofa bed and Wi-Fi. Shower room with WC. First floor: Relaxation area. 3 bedrooms: 5 single beds (90 cm) and 1 double bed (140 cm). Shower room with WC. Electric heating. Garage. Private enclosed garden of 1400 m² (1.20 m fencing + gate). Terrace. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Towels: €10/person/week. Bed linen: €10/person/week. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day: €0.20/kWh extra. End-of-stay cleaning: €50.

A security deposit of €200 will be required. Cottage located in a small village in the Couze Valley near Belvès, a medieval town with seven bell towers, listed among the 'Most Beautiful Villages of France': Organistrum Museum and hurdy-gurdies of the Périgord Noir, archaeological trail of Caesar's Camp, troglodyte dwellings to discover the daily life of the commoners who occupied these caves from the 13th to the 18th centuries. Dordogne Valley and its many castles: Beynac, Castelnaud... Marqueyssac and its gardens. Sarlat. Bastide town of Monpazier. Biron Castle. 4 km from Cadouin: Cistercian abbey listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its flamboyant Gothic cloister. 500 m from the GR36 hiking trail. Baby equipment: cot, high chair.

We are a small town of 134 inhabitants (population on 01/01/2017) located in the middle of the Bessède forest, above the Couze river, between Belvès and Beaumont du Périgord. We created these Gîtes de France several years ago in order to support our small town. We will welcome you there with pleasure.

Très joli maison en haut d un joli petit village tranquille et joli point de vue. Bien placé pour découvrir la Dordogne. Nous étions 9 et logement très fonctionnel Propriétaire très accueillant. On se sent très bien. Je recommande vivement
