"There were fleas in the room and cockroaches. There was no shuttle even though that was the primary reason I booked the room. At 3:30am a whole crowd of men came up the stairs talking loudly and went into the room next to ours and continued talking loudly until we left"

"The property was okay; the pictures are dated and the rooftop area was misrepresented (it is not as big - we had to fight for seats). Our shower also had mold in the top left corner, which was a bit concerning. The service was just okay; you had to constantly flag someone down for service and could not pay with large bills. The property also misrepresented the “shuttle service to the airport” - it is advertised as a free amenity that comes with staying at the property (it is the only reason we booked this hotel), but we were told you had to pay 15QUE PER PERSON (not trip). We ended up getting an uber for 10QUE for all 4 of us. "
