Hotel clean Easy check in Good breakfast Location ok Young lady dealing with breakfast area in the morning was very welcoming and helpful - premium service, deserves a pay rise for sure! Staff at reception was struggling with english - bit of a shame for an hotel

I stayed here 5 years ago before the Pandemic and I was happy to return. This is a nice and quiet hotel in a good area of the city. Will return again next time in Guatemala.
