- NO pets. Please inform us if you have a service animal.
- Adult supervision of children on the property at ALL times indoor & outdoor.
- NO shoes inside the property.
- NO smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
- Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
- NO pre-checked bag storage.
- NO mail or packages delivered to property. Please send to nearby pick-up location.
- NO Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match)
