「The entrance hall is now under construction.」

「Key card did not initially work. HVAC was very noisy. There was no cold water at the sink. Bathroom door looked like someone had punched it. Mold present on the toilet lid.」

「room smelled like cig smoke」

「No thanks」

「Close to the lake」

「Room was filthy」

「When another hotel double-booked, a late-night switch was needed, and the Butler did it! Very helpful, and even stayed more days as a thank you. Kind and thoughtful, and always asking however can be helpful. Visit and see. Thank you again!」

「Hotel was adorable. Room was clean and very quiet (even though we looked out our window to parking lot and were right next to the elevator). Breakfast offered lots of options and the staff was lovely. Would stay here again!」

「Room service saved us when we didn't want to go out, really handy!」
