"In the spirit of fairness, I would like to review this property honestly. Firstly, the front desk manager was super friendly and very helpful. 5 stars for him! He was helpful with my luggage and communicated very well. The place, in my opinion looks bigger and better in photos. Just don’t get your hopes up or you may be disappointed. The area isn’t great but the hotel is still close to freeways and conference centres etc. it does the job if you are in a bind. It is within walking distance to two big shopping malls which are absolutely worth the visit. This place is what it is. Look for a good deal if you decide to stay here. Don’t overpay. Hope this helps."
